Dealing with this company has been a nightmare! They lied to me about what the plan covered. After talking to several supervisors, I was able to get the plan that was promised when I signed up. Unfortunately the person who I spoke to never updated my account and it took 2 months to finally get the issue fixed.
A month ago I submitted a request to have a toilet looked at. Two week later I still hadn't heard back from them. I've talked to them twice since and they still haven't sent anyone.
Save yourself a headache and DO NOT deal with this company. They are horrible!
