I bought SpyHunter in February for $41.99. It was useless and I uninstalled it and haven't used it for months. Then in August my credit card was automatically charged $41.99 by SafeCart-SpyHunter. I was not aware of there being any auto-renewals. The Support page told me to call Esellerate to cancel subscriptions/auto-renewals but Esellerate did not have anything to do with it because I made the purchase with SafeCart. I was not informed that there would be auto-renewals and why do I need to call Esellerate to cancel rather than clicking a "cancel" button on the website?
