Recurring Charges still happening even after request to cancel

I purchased SpeedMax using SafeCart and payed with my PayPal account. I no longer wish to use the program and want to cancel but have not been successful. I attempted to contact SafeCart and did receive an email response (2 day ago) which is as follows:

Thank you for contacting Safecart.

We have received your inquiry and will get back to you via e-mail as soon as possible.

Please do not reply to this email.

Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 6am to 5pm (PST).

I attempted to contact customer service; however this is what I get:
To access Premium Support, log in at http://support. Speedmaxpc.com/premiumSupportLogin.php
and after clicking on the above... Nothing.
I even went the route of trying to change my billing options... Getting the following:

How can I change my billing options?
We currently offer you the option to have your programs automatically renewed so that you don't have to worry about expiry dates. However, we are also happy to offer you a way to opt out of this billing type. To change any settings regarding the future billing of your SpeedMaxPc account or automatic renewals, please follow the instructions below.
Please create an account with our credit processors, SafeCart:

1. Visit https://www.safecart.com/new-login / to begin
2. Enter your information exactly as you entered it with us at time of purchase.
3. Choose and enter a password.
4. Re-enter your password in the Confirm Password text box.
5. Click the Create Account button to continue.
Log in to your newly created account to alter your account and renewal options.

1. Enter the password and user name that you have just created to log in to SafeCart's web site.
2. Choose the Edit button next to the program you would like to change the options for.
3. Choose the Unsubscribe button directly above Product Names.
4. Click the OK button to confirm your changes when the notification pops up to ask you

Followed those instructions and his is what occured:

This is frustrating and a poorly built/managed website.
