H20 declined my debit card on July 20 due to a glitch. They then charged me on July 22 without informing me, and have since flatly denied they charged my card, although I emailed them a PDF of my debit card statement showing the charge. I have spoken to them several times. Always a promise to look into, and some excuse. They have not acknowledged my emails.
