This company has been charging me $19.95 monthly for 17 months. When I called to cancel their "services", they explained (Chris #8389) that I had authorized these charges 17 months ago. If I authorized a credit card charge, I thought it was a one time charge. I have never knowingly authorized a monthly charge against my credit card for this "service".
