I have the same problem everyone else is having BUT I HAVE A HAPPY ENDING -
I USED MY PREPAID VISA CARD AND IT'S BALANCE AS OF TODAY IS $ 32.00
I DOUBT THE ORDER FOR $ 117. CAN GET THROUGH - LMFAO
I do plan on complaining to the Ontario, Canada BBB

My sincere sympathy goes out to all screwed by this company! Hopefully you will all get your $ back.
