I have been at this school since 2011 for the LPN, not RN. When I sign up for the program I was told by the asst director who is the co-owner (daughter of the owner), that the program is 12months long, after I gave her 3000 down for the deposit she said the program is 18months and she never told me anything about 12months. She tricked me! She knew had she told me the truth about how long the program would be, I would go elsewhere, but now that I had already given her my deposit, Plus the monthly payments I was already making, she know I would not walk away, so I had no choice but to stay. The education is very poor, the instructors does not teach. I could write a book on why to stay away from capscare. Also, one time they where kick out at the nursing home place where they go for clinical. Yes its true, because the instructor who was at that site with the studentswas not doing her job but sitting in the visitor room talking, and the students were walking around doing NOTHING. So they were asked to leave the site and not come back! The instructor begged the students not to tell the director (s) of the school what happend. She also, begged the nurse supervisor who asked them to leave for another chance, that she would make sure it never happend again. That's how the school was able to go back to that site.
