I purchased the 25" flex-able hose from Wal Mart roughly 2 months ago. I used it once a day to water my very small herb garden (3 small flower pots) on my front porch. It worked great until last week when I turned the faucet on and the water blew a large hole through the hose. Because I purchased this two months ago I no longer have the receipt so I called the flex-able hose company today to ask for a replacement and they told me they could not do that because i did not purchase it on line however, if I wanted to purchase another one today on line they would allow me to do that... Seriously... Are you kidding me??? The company will not stand by their defective product but they want me to purchase another... I don't think so!
