I saw the ad for this product on TV. Me and my neighbor decided to give it a try. We bought two and linked them together so we could water further away from the faucet. I did link them together and hung them on a round hose hanger. I put her sprayer head on it and turned on the water so it would readily be available for her to use since it is hard for her to get around. She called me on the 29th to toll me the hose had sprung leaks and was spraying water. She went out and turned the water off. We had not and have not even used this hose. Was it even field tested and for how long? It is a big disappointment and, although it may expand and shrink when you turn the water on or off, it obviously cannot stand the test of actual use.
The place I work also bought one and it blew apart and is not in two pieces. Guess I could get the parts and make two or three hoses out of it, but think I'll just take the sales receipts and return them to the store where they were purchased.
The company needs to modify their blueprints and do a lot of field testing to make sure it stands up to par before they begin to market it.
