Having used my bonuses to support me through level 161. I achieved success only for the game to Crash on me before I was acknowledged with the correct number of Stars and then moved onto the next level. Having tried several times to kick start the game I finally shut down and rebooted. However once I started Candy Crush again I'm still on the same level. I've wasted the use of my extra bonuses. Not fair!!!
I had a similar problem the other evening when the game ended and the icon came up to say that if I wanted to continue I could buy help with extra time. I agreed only for the service to break down and could not be accessed. More bonuses wasted. How can I move up to the next level without having to buy more bonuses? How can I prevent this from happening again? Whay is the game crashing more frequently?
