I ordered a portable TV satellite dish and components online from Bulk Imports and Exports Seven Hills NSW. That is how it has translated on my bank statement. This item/s were ordered on 12 July and to date nothing has been forthcoming.
I tried to contact the company by phone (6 July) which comes up on the Telstra site as Scott's Transport. When contacted I talked to a Carmel on 0297733355 who said I had the wrong number and should look in the Yellow Pages. She did not want to engage in any lengthy discussion and wanted to do other things. It seems that there is a distinct cover-up occurring and since I have discovered this forum, it is highly likely that these businesses are one and the same.
With what I have read of late in relation to to this company, I am surprised and disappointed that Fair Trading has not shut it down.
Like others, I don't always investigate businesses prior to purchasing an item and only from concern did I try to find some information in relation to this one.
There needs to be a warning placed on any errant company's website which cannot be removed to assist prospective purchasers of the dangers rather than having to navigate through the web to confirm their suspicions on another site.
