Unable to get a response

My car was towed because I was late on a payment, I made the necessary payment and the release appears was sent over to this auction that is holding the car. For two days now am trying to get in touch with someone to get my car back, first time I got someone, they told me the car was not there, then I call Capitalone who have them towed the car. Capital One said they cannot help, they did not even know where the car was, two different representative told us different story. Now they want me to pay for storage for this car for the past two days, when I have tried everything to go and get it. Today is Friday, they close that department at 12:00 P.M. It is now 10:33A.M. For me to get there it will take about one hour and twenty minutes. They asked me to leave a message the last time I called, and so far no response. They are closed tomorrow and Sunday, I cannot go there and Monday or Tuesday, are they expecting me therefore to pay for all these days that they had the car, when it is not my fault I could not get it back?
