On June 27th I got a call stating that the water would be disconnected, I was asked if I was ok to accept the disconnection, so I said yes, but in fact they took my answers, edit the content and made it sound like I had accepted to have my long distance managed by TELEUNO.
When I called the company I spoke to Jordan employee number 168 REMS (or so he said) he stated that I had probably authorized the change, so I asked to listed to the recording, he then said that the recording would be ready on Monday (I guess they will have to work on editing it over the weekend). I just hang up with a girl Melissa employee number 004 who ensured/confirmed that the service had been disconnected (I recorded the conversation, just in case).
I’m now trying to get my money back and filling this report hoping that eventually some Federal/Gov entity would step in and do something about this.
