Hi there, I was just going through my bank statement and notice that ask-wippy.com had been deducting money from my credit card 3x despite only winning the below auction. On that note, I still have yet to receive the below item and I went into my account to check the status and note that there is pending documentation waiting i.E. Authorisation to deduct $ and a copy of Driver's licence. If those documents were really needed (which I've not sent) why then was the $ deducted from my account not once but 3x.
Attached is the bank statement.
On 29/04 - $4.09 was deducted which was for the item purchased below.
30/04 - $63.35 deducted for whatever item I had not purchased.
27/05 - $66.01 deducted for whatever item I had not purchased.
1. Please send through the NZ$70 WF GF to Devi Subramaniam-Jackson at 2/28 Watson Place, Papatoetoe, Manukau, AUCKLAND 2025 immediately.
2. Refund back the total of $129.36 immediately into my credit card account.
I'm still waiting to hear back from wippy. Called them on the NZ number went, just got a message requesting to email them.
