I live in Illinois and signed an agreement to transfer the deeds for two weeks of Marriott timeshare to Platinum Resort Services (PRS) on September 2. PRS was referred to me when I bought a fractional interest in the resort Puerto Bahia in Mexico. David Crawford of PRS sent me all of the necessary forms and information and continued responding to my phone and email inquiries. The $76,000 was due to me at the end of July. When I called and sent emails to PRS and David Crawford I discovered he and the company are no longer in MN. The State of Minnesota Department of Commerce now has a Cease and Desist action against PRS (File Number #26471. I* am a senior citizen and am concerned about this fraud and hope to fine a solution to my problem
