The money I uploaded were taken out for "service fees". It was a brand new prepaid card. Went down to add money, I understand basic charges for prepaid cards. About 2hours later I went to purchase, there were no funds in the account. I called the company the same time as I am looking through the websites. No information on fees, or extra charges. Company proceeds to explain that I owe them money and there is nothing they can do.
