Statement of the facts: I bought from James software in June after he posted Software for sale on tradeloop.com. I made a deal with him years ago and coresponded with him several times through emai. He sent me an invoice, i send him $4,800.00 US and than he's gone. He has not replied or anything after 4 years. He originally sent me an email, says he's sorry will send it right away. It's been 4 years later and he has not send any reply. I have emails to fit my story thank you.
I also have been working with the ethics division on tradeloop.com. Here is the transcription:

Although you are not a Tradeloop Member, we request your response. We've created a case blog with the compliant, where you can post your side of the story. Once we have sufficient information, the Tradeloop Ethics Committee will vote on what, if any, action should be taken. If you do not respond within seven days, the Tradeloop community will be notified that you failed to respond and will draw their own conclusions based on your non-response.
