Credit Card Locked After One Use on Nook HD, Called High Risk

Google Play has locked my credit card after 1 use on Nook HD claim it's considered high risk
which is bull card is good till 10/21
I purchased and entered this card on 07/23, I checked balance on Vanillavisa, so I know the balance is good
