Same story as the other complaints, but I did receive a direct customer service number, where I was able to cancel my purchase. It is 877-560-3260. The customer service representative claims they reimbursed my bank account, but it will take 72 hours to take effect. I will monitor it to ensure this happens. I would recommend also complaining to the US Postal Office, as they use their incorporation logo in their URL, furthering the company's deception.
