Hello, i am vrajpalsinh zala from India.
I hear a site about earn money online on date 07/18. Same day when i open they show trial period on zero.
When i sign up they ask my credit card number for age verification but after enter that i get charge of 20$ (INDIAN RUPEE 1237.8) after that i know i get charge i talk online customer support team and also call on them costumer support no 0008001004087 and i also tell them to cancel my request and refund my money.
I also get ticket number on my email dated 07/18 ticket no: 19114-5718070504, dated 07/19 ticket no: 9148-681807232919149-5919070106 but yet not reply from them.
And after three day today on date 07/21 i again get SMS on mobile that i get charged 99$ (INDIAN RUPEE 6159.46).
When i get open site them customer support team is offline and number also not work. On site written is they work on Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm EST. I also send them offline message for that i get also email from supportrio help desk with ticket no. 19257-5421070530.
Yet i get 3 ticket email from Supporttrio but i not get any solution regarding cancel membership and refund money.
I will again call them on Monday. Hope i get postive answer.
