I ordered a trial of this product on the above date and received a confirmation of the order (no. 10730) but on a "do not reply" format e-mail. Having gone on line today to enquire about the possible delivery date of the item I find no way to contact the company via e-mail and further searches uncovered this website - usacomplaints.com so I thought I'd pass the matter on so that others may not be taken in by this.
