An advertisement popped up saying that I would receive a free sample trial of Aura Vie and all I had to do was pay the $4.95 for S & H. Then weeks later there was a deduction from my bank account totaling $97.88. I made no other purchase than the initial one, nor did I receive anything to explain the second charge. When I called to inquire about these charges the representative then told me that I was wrong and had agreed to pay the extra $97.88 after I received the product. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told that he was in a meeting. I offered to send the product back for a refund (excluding the initial $4.95) Not only because of the fees but also that I am genuinely not satisfied with the product, and was offered an option of paying for 40% of the product. Again I asked for a supervisor and was told that they were in a meeting, I offered to hold and asked if there was an estimated time that the meeting would be over but did not get an answer and holding was not an option, so I requested that I be contacted by a supervisor A.S.A. P and hung up. I typed the company name into my search engine and this sight popped up. So here I am.
