I logged into my credit union around July 4. The first page of my login explained that my credit union, Bay Federal is offering me a free credit report. I did whatever I needed to request the free credit report and proceeded to my accounts. Now I have received two charges against my account, one for $1 and one for $29.95. I called my bank and reported this and they informed that they had no association with ThinkCredit. I called think credit and they told me they were authorized to use my banks website through "affiliate marketing" when I asked for my money back the woman simply hung up the phone. I am now filing a consumer fraud complaint with th AG State of California Consumer Fraud Division.
