Apparently I ordered this twice and was billed twice - April 4 and April 19. I say, apparently, because all I was trying to do was to get rid of the annoying pop-up and repeating emails. I have no use for this product and don't even know what it does. I did receive an apology recently for some (boo-boo), not specified and I had no idea what they were talking about until I received by VISA bill. I expect some refund - why would I purchase this twice? I am mad that any company could get away with this.
