TBR Who knew books sells several versions of what appears to be informational/how to books.in my case a simple $10.00 book and free shipping was purchased. Upon arrival, I was charged almost $29.00 which included shipping and handling. I returned all of the material sent at my own cost and requested a full refund. Not only did they refuse a refund but continued to charge my credit card after forcing me to complain. I finally have had to close my account and open a new account to finally put a stop to these crooks.
Anyone who buys from this company is subject to overcharges and repeated charges even after return of the merchandise.
