I have 2 amounts of $30 taken from my checking account once on June 6 and once on July 12, the second one causing overdraft charges to my account. I have contacted the "company" many times and am unable to reach them. One time I was put on hold and told I was caller #5 and after a few minutes the line went silent and I sat there for over 15 minutes. Several other times I was told due to high volume in calls they could not take my call at this time and they would send me to voicemail and then it would hang up. Emails to their support email have been returned "rejected and undelivered".
