On 15 July I place an order for a mobile phone with them and even made the payment for the same with my VISA card after some time they send me message that order has been canceled for security reasons, my order number is 15047082967642.
And to claim my refund I need to submit my ID Card copy, my passport copy, my credit card copy front and back, and how is that possible as all this documents a very personal and cannot be disclosed to anyone. As that can be used for anything wrong. Till the time I don't submit these document they will not refund, and that is for sure I will not send these documents to them at all.
I lost my $174, so I advice all the buyers, to be very careful while buying from Alibaba.com and Aliexpress.com or don't buy only from them. Buy from a good source.
