Contacted Dell Customer Support and was transferred to this third party company unbeknowst to me because my warranty was expired. They insisted that McAfee that I already had was the worst software for anti-virus and forced me to purchase their software for $59.99 (and a supposed rebate that was going to be emailed to me... Surprise it hasn't arrived). They then deleted my McAfee software even though I PAID FOR 2 YEARS ALREADY! The man I spoke to barely spoke English and not in a international way, but as in never went to high school and kept saying "aight this is what we gunna do, k?" Most unprofessional and worst company. Very disappointed that I made the mistake of hastily picking a support line to call. Computer is running fine now, but since it was only a 17 month old Dell that needed a system cleanup they luckily weren't able to screw it up. However, my charges are posted to my account as monthly recurring, even though the person said "oh no one time only for sure". Have called and had words, also notified my bank that any further charges are fraudulent so they know I have not signed a monthly contract for any of their terrible products or services.
