An unauthorized charge of $39.95 was taken from my account on the date of July 13 @ 8:30am. Even after clicking SKIP MONTH OF JULY on their website-my account was STILL CHARGED! After placing a call twice with Customer Service and was told a Refund would be issued I still have yet to receive a Confirmation whatsoever. I'm afraid once I decide to cancel there will be issue with that as well!
