I ordered the Instahang on 6/10 at roughly 10:30 pm CST. I called in on 6/11 at roughly 11:30 am CST to cancel. I spoke to a lady named Lynn, rep ID 523 and she said that the product has been shipped already. I knew right away that was impossible because I ordered it the night before and there is no way that it was placed on a truck already. No company has that quick of turnaround time. She informed me to write “return” on the box, and as long as it is not opened I will be refunded my $30.89. She explained that she will forward the information to her manager to ensure the charge does not go through, however, I was lied to on more than one occasion. The charges did go through, lie #1. And, my product did not ship until 6/12, lie #2. I attempted to cancel my order in a very timely matter, my order should never have even been placed on a truck. I would like the remaining $15.90 credited back to my card. I do not understand how they are only refunding me $14.99!!!
