Donnell T Reither bought somme hunting property, in order to get to it there was an easement along my property, when mr reither made the road, he took the easiest way, going off his easement onto my property tearing it up, I had it surveyed and found out he was on my property, he continued going farther until I stopped him and made him move the road.
He caused 10,000 in damages that he will not pay. When they come down to hunt or whatever they shoot trees on my property, point guns at my house, the sheriff or the prosecuter in Vinton county wont let it go in front of the judge, this is the justice in Vinton county Ohio, mr Reither wife Joan has been caught tresspassing because mr reither took her picture for evidence, isnt that smart.
Mr, Reither is a very dishonest person, as well as being evil. Also I cant keep them off my property tresspassing, I dont know what they are looking for. His three sons are just as evil as he is, they like to destroy other peoples property, This is a warning to any one who deals with Mr Reither, he is dishonest too
