I first bought a "Pocket Hose" on TV. That burst the second time I ran water through it. I took it back to Wal-Mart immediately.
If it worked, the concept would be genius, so I am going to gice the XHOSE PRO a try. I ordered it two weeks ago (June 24th), and the customer service rep assured me that I'd get a tracking number in a day or two. It is now July 8th, and I have not heard a peep from them. I called again and asked what was going on. The gal said it was back ordered and she said she didn't know when it would come in.
I told the gal that it is ok that she didn't know, but that obviously someone places the order to the manufacturer and knows when their order will come in. I told her I'd like to talk to them. She said that was not possible and that she thinks they'll get some in on August 4th. If you order a product on June 24th, and the company "attentively" doesn't even get the ordered product in until August 4th (and no guaranty of even that), by definition, that is a scam.
There is no information on their website that would indicate they are back-ordered. The customer service reps know what you are calling about before you even tell them your name.
SHAME on DAP and on XHose! I pray they they would get a revelation of honesty and genuine care for people as they do business.
