I met Luis on line July and we started to get real close and I sent him 1100.00 in October and then he said that he got kidnapped in Puerto Rico and he had to give them all the money he had and they held him for about 10 days. Then he went to Nigeria cuz he said that he knew that his dad had left him alot of money, now he needed 250.00 to get that money and I sent half of it and he was supposed to send me 1300.00 back on July 5. He never did and will not respond to any of my emails. He lives in Hollywood Florida, but has been in Nigeria since November.
