Sent money through Western Union, His Real name is Melvin Marinas. He is in the phillipines. I sent him $1200 for shoes, I found him through facebook, he was advertising shoes. He needed money to pay off hospital debt. I decided to help him out, & he had shoes I wanted too, so it was a good deal for both of us. He said he was gonna send me two shoes & when I sent the money, he blocked me the next day. I also have his cousins name, Manuel Fernandez. I got his name because I couldn't send money via online western union, so he told me to try again through his cousins name. I believe he lives in Manilla, Phillipines.
