I added solar in 2010. Billing has been a nightmare since then.
I got my normal bill the 1st week of June - with "electric to follow". It is now July 6 - no electric yet. But I got, both by mail and the internet, nasty past due notes.
This happens every month, until I have to call several numbers, spend time on hold, and BEG for my bill. I can't use auto billing since it is always "past due". If going green is a goal, PLEASE don't treat us as criminals. Please respond.
