I placed a post in Craig Lists looking for a roommate. This such Woodie Christie answered me manifesting interest to take the room, She offered to send me 550 which was the fee I was asking for. She told me that her uncle was going to mail me a money order for the deposit and when she would arrive she would pay me the first month. She said to be a teacher in elementary school and she was an artist (painter) and asked me if the room had enough space for her stuff. The money order would be arrive in the next two days.
Effectively, an envelope from Denver Colorado was on my mailbox. But it did not contain one money order for 550 as we accorded, but three money orders instead for 950 dollars each. That was almost six times the amount fixed. As I asked why that big difference, she told me a story that her uncle sent the money she was needing to delivery her car and her stuff from Cape Town, South Africa, and that she needed a special favor from me to cash the three items, keep my money for the deposit, and send her back the balance in the most immediate possible time. She told me another story that her mom was under surgical procedure the poor mom was suffering of breast cancer. Next day she tricked me with another story about supposed custom fees that prevented her to deliver her car to USA on time. She begged me to send her the rest of the money in order to cover this fees and send me her car. She told me that a new money order would be delivered for me from her uncle.
The next two days, my bank hold all my funds and I ended overdraft in 1400 because the money orders were counterfeited
