I tried to log into walgreens.com/GH on the 4th of July (today) to obtain a code to get a (one) free 8x10 pirnt. I could not get to that web site. I did not want to wait for another day to find out what the problem was, because this offer was only good today (according to the ad in GH magazine). So I tried calling one of their 1- 800 phone #s and was hung up on when I did not want to participate in their customer survey). Then I tried and online help. It took quite awhile to get a person on line to help me, by that time, I had called another 1-800 # and so I was talking to live person and trying to "talk by typing in my question with an online person". The telephone person told me I had to "register" with Walgreens online (?) (photo dept) in order to get the code (this was not stated in the GH ad) then the typing person gave me the code right away. But at this point, I am not sure if I can use this code in the store, or if I have to log into Walgreens photo dept on line and enter my picture (s) online and print them online???
I like your magazine, but you may not want to deal with ads from Walgreens again.
