This person advertised to me as a real estate agent in the State of Virginia and was trying to provide a leads service. I am a Realtor in CO. After about a month of negotiating and him promising leads I finally decided this would be great for my business. 17 weeks later I have not received 1 single real estate lead. I am located in one of the TOP 5 real estate markets in the country. There is no possible way that his service has not been able to produce a minimum of 1 lead in that time frame. 17 weeks. When I wrote to complain he said his company STAR FEDERAL had an advertising campaign running in my area and to just continue to wait. I filed a complaint with the State of Virginia, and I recently received a response... THE REAL ESTATE LICENSE NUMBER HE PROVIDED ME FOR STAR FEDERAL WAS INACTIVE AND HAD NOT BEEN REACTIVATED IN THAT STATE! I have clearly been scammed out of good marketing dollars. Please do not let this happen to you.
