I had singed a 1 years lease with Xora realty for a condo at 401 a202 charlemagne blvd Naples fl well the home owner association came back and said these condo can only be reanted for 6 month and will not renewa to the same person so the ixora change the lease for 6 month and then did a other lease for the remainng 6 months now the home owner association bought we a copy of the trem of the lease I would have not renting with only a 6 month lease i am having troble try to get back mmoney back to find me a new place to live it will soon be season here in Fl and the rent all goes up please can u help?
