I took out a $1000 loan (stupid). The first email that they sent on the payment was $1000 with $250 service fee. They took out $300. The next payment email stated they increased the service fee from $250 to $300. Once I figured out they changed amounts in email, I called. I asked what was going on and asked to speak to a supervisor who hung up on me. I suggested a payment plan and they said that they couldn't do such a thing. I then said that I would contact the AG's office and they hung up on me. They wouldn't not work to resolve a conflict so I am considering blocking them from my checking account since they wouldn't talk to me.
