I ordered an unlock from this company, i began messaging their online chat room to find out why it was taking so long after a couple weeks. They were responding and everything seemed okay. Then a couple more weeks went by so i messaged them again. I did not hear back from them from that point on. They were not returning any emails/messages i sent. I then received an email from them one day stating that my unlock was unavailable and the email advised me what to do to get a refund. I followed the emails instructions, didn't work, i emailed them, didn't work, i began a chat with them, didn't work. No matter what i did they ignored everything and never gave me a penny back. I paid $100 for an unlock because it was for an iphone. There's nothing i can do because they are in the UK...
