This is the most Confused, Unorganized Company! - business phone line

I had a business phone line with Windstream. I exercised my "peace of mind" part of the contract, where you are allowed an out, if you break contract and send in a letter to them to advise of a business going out of business (after 14 years with them!). I moved away, paid my final bills - so I thought - and recently received a bill over $500! And I called to discuss it, was told they were going to review it and get back to me in 2 weeks. I opened up a collections letter from them today, they didn't even bother to call me and notify me or even send me another bill. This company has caused me so much distress through the many years. If you call them up, they transfer you around numerous times, you have to repeat info over and over to customer service rep after customer service rep. Last Oct, they accidentally disconnected my line. Then restored it. Giving me a new account number. So, they were sending me 2 bills from 2 account numbers. And the list can go on and on. Hopefully, I have given you enough information to RUN!!! And NOT use them for ANYTHING. If I can steer you away to go to a place that will actually treat you like you should be treated.in today's times, you get a choice. Back then, I didn't. Best!!!
