This person contacted me about a room I'm renting and told me they lived in Ireland, were seeking a Masters degree in the United States, and asked for my name and address so her "dad" could send me payment to hold the room. When I replied with helpful information, "she" replied back with almost the same exact words as the first email, so I thought it was fishy. Googled her email and it's a total scam.
