D&G Assist - I was researching on name change for Social Security Card, and the first site that popped up was D&G assist. I didn't realize it was not the offical government site until I've entered all confidential information and paid $34 dollar. Worse of all, the email of "simplified" application form was damaged, and my internet hung after. I think I better invest on LifeLock now, I don't know who has access to all that information.
