I was scammed by this company as well. After three long weeks of e-mails back and forth with their support dept. And discussions with my credit card company I finally received a refund in full ($149.95) after sending this e-mail:
"I will be contacting the Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA), Jane McKenna, who represents my riding of Burlington in Queen's Park, Ottawa to inform her of this fraudulent company.
In addition I am planning to contact your company director in Holland, Ms. Neeltje Coree, to outline my many issues with your handling of my complaints."
Good luck and I hope you get your refund. This company is a total joke.
