A company with whom I have a regular debit called me to say their where insufficient funds in my acc. When I queried this with the bank they said there where 27 separate £1 charges pending from realhelp.com??? Who are these people? How did they get my debit card details when I rarely give them to anyone?! I cannot cancel the transaction, I can only report it as fraud once the money leaves my account. And then there's no guarantee I can get it back again!
