Had a transaction at Safeway that was supposed to be cancelled but the clerk ran it through anyway. I went back when I found the charge online. Manager Dennis was nasty and haughty said You can't do anything, I've been in this business for forty years and Your out of luck". Then He shook My hand and told Me They would make sure the charges were reversed.
Now a week later I've just gotten off the phone with an ADA for the State's AG's Office who is going to handle My complaint. The bank is sending paperwork for reporting a credit card fraud.
Are These Safeway people dense or just stoopid, can't figure out which They are. I am going to unleash the full load on these assclowns. I am not going to stop until Dennis is crying and begging Me to forgive Him.
I have a blind niece who was shortchanged at that same store in Klamath Falls Oregon. With such a bad rep maybe Safeway should just close the doors to this place.
