I won 2 auctions of 1.5 kt weight diamond rings, GH in color SI2 quality. I rec'd one ring. I took it to a jeweler in the Montgomery Mall, Pa. And was told it is fake. The jeweler did not know what kind of material it is, but it is not a diamond (natural) as described to me. I also was told from the seller that it would come with papers stating it's authenticity. I rec'd no papers. The seller said they were coming from Spain, actually came from China. The package I rec'd was from Guangzhou, China. I have tried numerous times to contact the seller and they did not respond. I contacted e-bay as I am suppose to be covered for this amount. I made out a police report to my local police - since it is fraud they will not issue me a report or pay-pal a report unless it is sopeonied. Spelling error) Paypal advised me to take action with you and see if you could send them this detailed report for me so I can get my refund. This person is a scammer. Pay Pal has the seller's name I believe. Case #PP002382918251 PP needs a copy of this report to give me my refund. Hoping you can help me. Pleaswe fax it to them Fax #4025375760 I appreciate it.
