S restaurant in illinois doesnt pay his employees

Hi, i worked for ronald lloyd at a restaurant in bellview, il. Febuary 3 was payday and he owes me 600 dollars for labor and refuses to pay. He is a convicted felon, and has bounced checks all over town. He is a scumbag in every sense of the word, and anyone doing buisness should watch their backs. Do not believe him, he is a compulisive liar, and cash only, or you will get burned. His only basis for not paying is because im taking over the restaurant
