My son was online, suddenly, the Laptop locks up with a message pretending from a federal agency, the message states that there has been a violation of federal law punishableby fine of $450.00and dirct me to pay them using MoneyPak immediatelyor criminal charge will be filed, and my laptop will remain locked. I follow their instruction and pay them but my laptop remains locked up and I realize this was a scam.
